Oracle Stage in Datastage 8.0.1 returing Duplicates

We have an ETL job running on one node where we are using an Oracle Enterprise Stage (running in sequential mode) to fetch the records from the oracle DB table (which is being replicated using CDC). Then we do some simple transformation in transformer stage and then write it into a sequential stage. This job does not have any lookup or join stage. The ETL job runs multiple times a day where the frequency is somewhere between 2 min to even 5 hrs.

We are facing an issue where a record is being duplicated multiple times which we can see in the Sequential File. This duplication does not happen for every record but happens randomly and the number of times the record is being duplicated is also random (from 1 to 60 or even more). We checked the DB and we dont have any duplicates in the DB table.

When we replace the oracle stage with ODBC stage the same query runs fine.

We are not able to figure out what the issue is.. We also tried restarting the server but it dint help.

Has anyone else faced this issue before? Awaiting your thoughts and suggestions.....

Perhaps no-one else faced this issue before. I know I haven't. Ask your official support provider, you could very well be in need of a patch.
