modify CFF file through transformer

Hello all ,

I have two CFF files which I am using reference & stream in lookup.

But , it fails due to no matching records, I need to modify one of the files for testing to have some matching records. I can use a transformer to do that.

The concern is how to make the changes effective in one of the files ?

Is your question whether one can write a DataStage job to read a CFF, modify it, and write a CFF file with the new format? In that case the answer is "yes".
