Sending a file in email in incorrect format

I have requirement to send a reject file as attanchment in email which is running fine. But when comes tio sending email it is sending in in-correct format.
for example my reject file on unix box is correct format
this format which is correct format

US |2738101 |2063190 ONTARIO INC (JULIE SMETHURST)|xxx |xxx|..
like that 18 columns are there.. with "|"delemiter

but when sending reject file in email in incorrect format say in one line all the reject records are comming i when i open reject file whihc send by email.. in below format which is not correct
US |2738101 |2063190 ONTARIO INC (JULIE SMETHURST)|xxx |xxx|..US |2738101 |2063190 ONTARIO INC (JULIE SMETHURST)| US |2738101 |2063190 ONTARIO INC (JULIE SMETHURST)|
like that 18 columns are there..

Create the file with DOS record delimiters, Windows needs a CR/LF pair rather than just the LF that UNIX uses.
