is it possible to view data set with help of Cat unix comman

if not possible what message it will show

can anyone try this one in u r pc's

You cannot view actual data using Cat command. If you use Cat command, it will display non-readable characters and configuration file used in the job which created the DataSet.

cat will not work for datasets.

In short, "no". You use the orchadmin command to view the contents of a Data Set. Beware, though, that Data Sets can contain huge amounts of data.
