Reject link in parallel transformer

Hi,
I have to add a reject link to transformer in parallel job and I want that whatever records are rejected on the output link (for any reason) should be passed to the reject link.
I am able to add the reject link but still the rejected records are not getting loaded to reject file. The log simply shows the no. of rejected records. Can anyone help me as to any constraint that explicitly needs to be added in this case.

Maybe a bit more info can help.

Something like - what kind of rejects they are, does it raise any warning in log, is the record count show in reject link etc, what do you mean by 'not getting loaded' etc.
