Oracle Connector/Enterprise stage is not working

We are using Linux 2.6.16.60-0.66.1 on s390x GNU/Linux. I was said the hardware do not support the new oracle connector or the oracle enterprise stage so i have to use ODBC connector/enterprise stage. But it does not look right to me so i thought i would get some information here.

If you are asking if your server will support the Oracle connector, why not try it and see? Or ask your official support provider, unless they're the ones who already told you that you couldn't.
