How can a job be copied,I mean I dont want to change the original one so create a copy of it and make changes,so what can i do??
How can a job be exported to other server or other system?

Get yourself on a DataStage training class, sooner rather than later.
Provided the job is closed, you can right click on the job in the Repository toolbar of Designer and create a copy right there.
There are two main export tools, one in Designer (the Export menu) and one called Information Server Manager. Each also has a command line interface.

OK...when i create a copy of it can i see the same job over there
