DATE FORMAT IN DB2

DATE FORMAT IN DB2

Hi All,


My input stage is DB2 and Target is DB2 on of my source column has the input as 0001/01/01 Data type Varchar
and in my target stage Iam passing this as Date.The output what Iam getting is 12-30-0001.I need as 01/01/0001 in output and if
I have Empty string in my source DB2 is there any way to pass it as Empty string to my Target DB2.
Could you please help me with this.
