Error : SAP BW Load stage

Hi

While loading data to SAP BW using SAP BW Load stage I am getting following error :

APT_CombinedOperatorController,0: Fatal Error: Fatal: ERROR: Validation Failed - Please synchronize your Transfer Structure before running the job

Any clue how can I remove this error, wht is the reason for this error ?
