Hi All,
Can you please explain the meaning of below query.
SELECT RUN_STRM_C, GDW_BTCH_ID FROM DR_RUN_STRM_OCCR WHERE (GDW_BTCH_ID > GDW_BTCH_ID).
I am using above query in my oracl table , i am lookup this table into another table here GDW_BTCH_ID is the key column.
when i am exequting that above quey in oracle table i am getting zero records.
please provide your suggessions.
Thanks in advance

It has the same effect as WHERE (1 = 0) - it can never select anything.
It could be deliberate, simply to test that Oracle is up and running, but its specificity suggests otherwise. My guess is an incorrect design.
