Getting Intermitent Error

The recomended fix from IBM :
Resolution was to Fix setConfigFile call to APT_socketWrite and
add APT_DUMP_CMSG to get more information (Fix for 112783,
113682 and 113621)

Can any one explain how to implement the fix

Have a solution from IBM but it is for Solaris and D.S 7.5
but We have DS 8.0.1 on Windows Environment

lol, I had to look it up the first time I saw it used (in the W3C standards) and like the term and use it wherever I can; which is probably why I never make it past the first date...
