remove duplicate stage warning

I am getting this warning message from remove duplicate stage.

When checking operator: Operator of type "APT_TSortOperator": will partition despite the preserve-partitioning flag on the data set on input port 0.

can someone please suggest me how do I get rid of this message.

Change the preserve partitioning option in your input dataset to "Clear".
This can be found in the Advanced tab under the stage properties of the dataset.
