Convert .ds to .txt or .xls

Convert .ds to .txt or .xls

Hi All,

In my Datastage jobs, the output file from transform and error jobs are .ds file

To check the errors records from .ds files, for more number of records, I have to go in unix and to use some commands like grep all the time.

So, if anyone has any thoughts or any method to convert .ds file in to .txt or .xls file (readable format) outside datastage box then please share it.

There are no data stored in a .ds file, so the answer must be no.

Above two statements are contradicting.

Please check where the error records are stored or provide the full command you use.
