2 instance tag of same DataStage version

Hi,

Can we have two same versions (7.5.3) of DataStage on same Unix Server?

Pre 8, the version won't matter so yes, as long as one is done as an "itag" installation. There's a pdf document that explains how to do that - multiserv.pdf off the top of my head.

Check with others in your organization, it's part of the standard client set for the 7.x version.

Okay , I was able to install another instance of DS but ran into few issues.

Probably some permission issues on the file system during installation process.

I want to uninstall this instance now. What will be the syntax for uninstalling the new instance.

To install I used -itag option. But to uninstall what is the correct syntax?
