DataStage SAP R3 extract plugin

Hi All

We are using SAP R3 extarct plugin, for extracting data from SAP IDOC.
Issue we are facing is IDOC are coming in arge number to handle it causing delay in IDOC processing . We want to chnage the job design such way it only picks up limited number of IDOCS from queue say 10K and then process them. Once these IDOCS are processed, again pick up the IDOCS and process. This way the DS itself will control the number of IDOCS to be processed.

Any suggestion on this type of design....
