check whether the job is creating more number of entries in the log. i mean, check whether there are more number of warnings created by your ETL job. if that is the case, Director will take a bit of time to load all the entries.

Simple has nothing to do with it. Out of curiosity, what is your refresh interval in the Director? Is everyone seeing this or just you?

How do we know the refresh interval in director...

Is everyone seeing this or just you?
everyone facing the same problem in their own job.

If it's everyone then the first question is moot. However, you'll find it on the Tools/Options menu.

Is this a multi-instance job with lots of instances? What is your purge setting for this job's log? How busy is the server system? All of those factors - and others - can slow down retrieval into Director log view.

no that is not a multiinstance job. I found the refresh intervel and it is showing 004 seconds.

Is your LAN very busy?

I recall once working in India when everything became very slow. It turned out that nearly everyone had decided to watch the World Cup cricket live in their browsers. There was no bandwidth left on the LAN.
