oracle direct load

Hello,
oracle load failed with following following error,
SQL*Loader-951: Error calling once/load initialization
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified

no one else is using the table at the time of job run.

please give me your thoughts...

Someone else was using the table, that's all that error means by 'busy'.

Of course, the "someone" may have been a scheduled or background process, perhaps doing a backup or a bulk load or a reorganization or some such - it doesn't have to be a person.
