error in server job

When ever i am trying to run the Sever job i am facing the following problem...

CHNGE_STATUS_DF_TO_SC_SvrJob.DF_TO_SC.Read_Table: ORA-00257: archiver error. Connect internal only, until freed.

Please if can tell me more about the error and the possible solution as my whole transcation of data is based on job.

Google told me this about the error.

Pretty much any 'unusual' ORA errors should be taken to your DBA, hopefully (if they are any good) they already know about it and are working on a resolution. This is one of those errors.
