Is it possible to see the performance statistics of earlier run????

See, like in the Monitor? No. They can be recreated, however, for a Server job from the 'finishing' log entries from those earlier runs with a little math. A PX job gets more complicated (and this I've never tried to do) but I believe you'd need to farm the 'consumed' and 'produced' log entries with their timestamps and put things back together from that information.
Has anyone ever done anything like that? If so, care to share some pointers?

If you use ETLstats to capture them, then you can see them for as many runs as you wish.
