error after installing the patch for range partitioned table

we have recently applied the below patch on datastage parallel edition 7.5
patch_118136 -
PROBLEM REPORTED
"DB2 operators do not support parallel execution against range partitioned tables"
After applying the patch we are getting the below errors
1. db2CUST_IP_INTERFACE_HEWsel,0: Fatal Error: Caught ORCHESTRATE exception in parallel process: APT_Archive::BadData: From: Loading memory archive.
2. db2INVPXREFupd,0: The current soft limit on the data segment (heap) size (2147483645) is less than the hard limit (2147483647), consider increasing the heap size limit
3. db2INVPXREFupd,0: Fatal Error: Throwing exception: APT_BadAlloc: Heap allocation failed..
our dsadmin is working with IBM but until now there is no resolution.
If anyone has any insights, it will be great help to us.
