DataStage Pack for SAP R3: Client installation issues

Hi,
We tried installing IBM WebSphere DataStage Pack for SAP R3: Client on Windows XP but got the following error:
"ERROR! The installation program cannot locate IBM WebSphere DataStage Client."
I found a similar post on DSXchange but had no replies. Hence I'm posting it again.
