i need to know where it is stored "DSParams" file in datastage

Each project has a DSParams file in it's main directory.

what is the file location "DSParams"

Arnd's just told you... in the project directories.

Look under /DatastageProject for starters... then in each project directory therein.

For 7.x and earlier you can usually (i.e. the default location) go to $DSHOME and then ".." back up a level to find the "Projects" directory. However, that being said - if you don't even know where it lives, I'm wondering why you "need" to know that. I'd be very very careful if you are planning on editing this in any fashion. :?

the DSParams file is located in the datastage project.

use the Datastage Administrator program to see where the datastage project is located on the file system.

The filename is literally "DSParams" and the location has been spelled out for you as well.

You can use find command to search for DSParams file
