Multi Instance job status issue

Hi,
Multi instance job is not showing proper status in director in websphere datastage v8.
Actually we are triggering multiinstance job for 5 times some tiems it's going fine, some time it's not.
example take one run:
If go to job clear LOG there, status is job finished today, but at the same time come to view status in director it's shows not triggered at all, means showing old run status.
is it known probelm in Datastage 8 or, it's some thing new.
is there any way to solve this.

Known bug with MI jobs that have 'Auto Purge' turned on. If turning that off doesn't help, see if this does.

Just a follow-up. Apparently turning off remote logging to the XMeta improves performance, but as we're finding out now - you lose some of the new functionality that depends on it - like performance estimates!

Ah... that makes (unfortunate) sense. Good "Catch-22" to note.
