To remove new line character in a field

I'm getting a junk new line character in 6th and 7th fieldfrom a total no of 15 fields.

due to this line splits in second line in excel.

Job is running fine and there is no problem while opening in UNIX or in Edit Plus or in TextPad, Just getting this error only while opening in Excel.

Pls help either via DS or any UNIX Command that remove that newline character from that particular field no 6 and 7.

The Transform function of "CONVERT(Char(10),'*',In.TextColumn)" will convert the <lf> to a "*" both in server and PX.
