Transformer stage in parallel datastage is not accpeting two inputs. However, it is able to give two or more outputs.

This is one of the basic principles of a transformer - single input. I think you need to read the developers guide or have someone take you through some training on parallel job design, as this and your other post suggest this might be your first look at this area.
