I am taking a reject from a file and the dataype of reject will be 'VarBinary'
Please let me know the ways to want convert it to 'Varchar' datatype

Tried with modify & column generator stage unsuccessfully.

You can use Column Import stage to reparse the Raw data type, or you can write it into a text file.
