bulk load stage problem

Hi,
In my job i am just loading form sequnetial file to db2 table using Db2 bulk load stage.
When i ran the job i got the warning as
"TBL_INTRACT_KEY_MAPNG,0: Warning: TBL_INTRACT_KEY_MAPNG: Error allocating environment handle"
and the job didnt completed its in running status only.
can any one please help me in this one.
