API stage issue

I have newly created environment where everything works fine but I am facing a strange issue.In its simplest form I am trying to execute this query from Db2 API stage "SELECT '2008-10-11' as TICDATE FROM sysibm.sysdummy1" and when I click on view data from stage itself It shows me the same date as hard coded but when I put a peek stage in o/p and run the job it shows me '2008-10-10' in the director.
Its just showing me prior days date..Strange !! I tried all combinations to check this but it goes to prior date

Same thing working fine with EE stage.

Any thoughts ???
