I have used datastage and info server to connect to ERP systems in the past. I now need to connect to a Navision ERP system. I am not sure if there are special connection or we need to go through any application layer before we can connect to Navision. Was wondering if anyone in the fourm might have used datastage to connect to Navision.

will datastge be able to connect to a Navision database directly using an ODBC connector or any special connector?


What are the ETL capabilities of Navision?

Looks like ODBC is the mechanism of choice, unless they've opted for SQL Server under the covers.
