Hi

We are using DS 7.x
Source/ Target is Oracle
Oracle :- NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET = AL16UTF16
DS:- NLS_LANG = AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1

If the NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET on oracle is changed to UTF8, what will be the effect on the existing jobs
