Hi ,
I need a help in extracting records from SAP.

suppose i extracted one record say '123' from an SAP table. i just want to append alphabets before that number so that it should be 'AB123'

How can i modify the ABAP program to achieve this ??Please help me

The SAP R/3 Extract Stage can generate ABAP code. If you modify the stage properties appropriately, the ABAP code is changed.
