Failed to distribute the shared library to Parallel TFM

'trns_PrepareData: Failed to distribute the shared library "/home/dsadm/Ascential/DataStage/Projects/ENTIS_CM/RT_BP3818.O/V104S0_IMS02PBillAcInvDtlCmx01_trns_PrepareData.o" to node "entistes004"
when ever we try to run parallel transformer we get the above error and let me know ASAP.
