Can DataStage operator log onto DataStage designer.

DS operator can even more be disappointed by removing his rights to run the job (UNIX file system level security). I saw this happening in some places.

This is FYI. we have OPERATOR and SUPER OPERATOR in 8x. SUPER OPERATOR can look at the job designs in Designer (read only) !!
