how to assign user for Datastage Administrator

we have users who use domain accounts. these users could use Datastage Client such as Datastage Administrator, Desinger without porblem. However after we changed the server's ip and server name, these users can not launch Datastage Administrator any more. Any body could help please?

In version 7 and earlier the dsadm user is the DataStage administrator. On Windows any member of the Administrators group is also a DataStage administrator.
