I need to insert the URL embeded with charecter '&' into oracle table using Datastage job.

I tried with oracle stage (upsert) , records having URL data are rejecting from loading process (to reject file)
I tried with set define # and with asci number also

JOB TYPE IS PARALLEL, NOT SERVER
