Are you using "view Data" to see the data or another tool?

Don't use "View Data" with NLS to examine the data for incorrect representation. Use a tool which you know works correctly for the character set(s) that you use.

Have you contacted your official support provider? This is an all volunteer site, and Craig is one of our most appreciated volunteers (and extremely patient I might add).

OK, pending rant averted. [sigh] As noted, when you get all desperate for a solution and the community of volunteers here aren't coming through for you fast enough, open a case with your official support provider. That why your company pays them a rather tidy sum of money.

BTW, I'm not here for the points.

shobhitj - did you end up trying another tool rather than view data and what was the result. This will bring you further towards a solution than begrudging poor Craig his hard-earned DSXChange points.
