Hi,

I am unable to write a extract file more than 2GB. It gives following error

Error writing to the file: /apps/projects/ds/transaccount.dat

Please help me to know the reason.

Check with your UNIX system administrator. There may have been a file size limit set on your user id.

hi,

I have consulted. I got following reply. And also I have seen files more than 6gb.
"Ext3 can support files up to 1TB."

No clue. But I feel its something to do with DS settings.

I have also tried ulimit.
