TCL\TK package for AIX

Beware that loading the TCL/TK package on AIX on the same datastage server that houses the Sybase 12.5 or prior Open Client will cause problems for the datastage environment due to library files having the same name! I did not need the TCL/TK package on the datastage server, so I removed it to fix the problem. Anyways, it should work properly with the Sybase 15 or later open client with a version of datastage certified for version 15 of Sybase. This is because Sybase did an extensive rename on its library files due to other companies choosing names that they were already using.
