Do you have sufficient priviledges to create a job? If that is not the issue try to cleanup the resources.
I haven't failed, I've found 10,000 ways that don't work.

That is a repository error message. Does everyone have similar problems, or just your user or even your particular workplace? Is this a new error (i.e. have you saved jobs before as this user on this install)? Have the administrator go and check in the information server for sessions that might still be marked as active.

I'm afraid I don't understand - you created test jobs but couldn't create a new job? How does that work?

That means something has changed. Either on the server, or perhaps an automatic update on your workstation. Have you checked the Information Server status with your administrator - either locks on your user or perhaps even a redefintion of your user's access rights might be causing this.

Check whether you ran out of space in repository.
