parallel job errors

hi there,
i have errors in my build and i want to show if my design make sense or it can improved, can i attach my job stream to forum please let me know.

Upload screenshots to any of the file sharing websites out there and then use the [Img] 'Image' tags to include links to them here. Most if not all sites will generate the tags for you automatically.

got very simple job design
source--transformer---target

1-1 mapping

getting this erors

IMP_replace,0: Field type must be string in order to call setOutputFieldAsString() for field '13' in output dataset '0'.
IMP_replace,0: Operator signalled one or more errors.
