Hi,
We are planning for a migration from AIX Unix to HP Unix. Does DS 7.5 support HP Unix? Any extra care has to be taken for this?

DataStage has run on HP-UX since day one. And, yes, it remains a supported platform. Make sure that you become aware of version dependencies (which will depend on what version of DataStage you are planning to be on on the new system).
