I HAVE THE ERROR

VALIDATION_STATISTICS: Indexes on table 'VALIDATION_STATISTICS' preclude direct parallel loading unless an index option is included. Add an index option or drop indexes and rerun step.

The error you posted contains both the problem and the solution to the problem. And ps: posting in ALL CAPS is considered SHOUTING online.
