Orchdbutil

Hi All,

I am trying to use the orchdbutil utility to each check if a table exists I get the following error.

orchdbutil exists time_table -dbtype db2 -dbname dwh001

Is there something I am missing when trying to using this command.

Are the DB2 environment variables, such as DB2INSTANCE, set for the user you are using to execute the orchdbutil command? Have you executed the dsenv script?

Hi Ray,

Thank you for the reply.
I had did not run the dsenv file.

Ran the dsenv file now but it yet does not work. The $DB2INSTANCE variable is also set after that.
Any help on this.
