Compile a job from the UNIX prompt

Hi All,

Is there a command like dsjob to compile the jobs from the UNIX prompt.

Do a search on dscc. I got some 32 posts. read through them.
Ping me if I am wrong...

Found the command dscc.exe. But not the exact syntax.

Does any of the help manual have this information.

Does dscc.exe compile a specific job or complete set of jobs.

dscc /h <hostname> /u <username> /p <password> <project> /j <job list> /ouc

/ouc is for only uncompiled jobs.
Impossible doesn't mean 'it is not possible' actually means... 'NOBODY HAS DONE IT SO FAR'

I get the following error

ksh: dscc: not found.

dscc is exe available in Windows client.

No option from Server side.

Ohh so if I have to compile the job i either use compile option on the designer or the multiple compile option in the manager here.

You are right. Only from client options.
