Can a single DB Connectn be used by multiple users?

Hi,
Iam using a a DB2API stage in my job.
I have created a DB Connection for DB2API stage in Parallel job.
Can that same connection be used by multiple user simultaniously?
When other person logs in through his id and is tring to load the db connection createed by me it is not geting loaded ??why??
