datastage access issue

A user "abc" was created in AIX and was assigned to group "grp1"
The group "grp1" was assigned to DS project "DSPROJ1" using DS ADMIN.
but when the user was trying to login into DS DESIGNER he is getting the below error -

DSR.ADMIN: Failed to add user to UV_USERS

ACCESS DENIED: Internal SQL error.
Failed to register this user for SQL.

Did anyone got any error like this before and if so what was the workaround...

Have you tried searching for part of your message, like "Failed to add user to UV_USERS". I got several hits when I searched.
