Hi friends,
How to handle Date convertions in Datastage? Convert a mm/dd/yyyy format to yyyy-dd-mm?

Look up the various 'Date' functions, like DateFromString and StringFromDate off the top of my head.

Is your input column a date field? If yes then no function is required, just change the date format in your target stage or at the project level if you want to stick to that format.
If your input column is a string, then one of the 'Date functions' is required, as Craig mentioned.
