Continuing the Job after Abort.

Hi all

I have a job in which the final process is Loading. And i am loading it in a table.This is performed as a seperate job.
For an example assume that there is 10,000 records in the source and its starts loading into the table without any issues upto 5000 records and after that the job has been aborted due to some reasons.,my task is that i need to continue the loading without loading it from the first record.
Guide me how to do this.
