Tab Permission in Administrator is disabled

Hi,

In my DS server was defined one project to one user, now i have 25 projects, i want to defined the rols and permissions in DS and Unix.

Each directory project in UNIX was asigned to the user group and directory permissions, and assigned the respective rol in Administrator using the dsadm (DS administrator) for each user group (DS Developer) and assing <None> to the others users group.

When i logging in Administrator using project user (different that dsadm) the Permissions tab is disabled, when i logging with dsadm is enabled

Anybody can explain me what happen???

There are various aspects to administration that are allowable only to the administrator. Setting up the security is one of them. Licensing is another. If you're not the administrator, these functions are disabled.
