cleanup resources option in director

Hi,

I am not able to view the pids of jobs in the director via "Cleanup Resources" options. It shows blank..it is happening in only one particular environment(i.e test). other environments such as dev are showing up the process ids. is there any setting to be done?.

Huh. No, there isn't. So, it shows no PIDs even if you switch either side to 'Show All?

Is there anything different about this environment?

Processes with no pids may be owners of locks that have ceased to be logged-in processes - that is, defunct processes or zombies.

I thought you meant that nothing was showing up, are you saying only the pids of certain jobs are not showing up?
